Returned an item on May 23, and I am still waiting for the refund on my card. I sent an email asking the status of my return. I received an automated reply that I would receive a response within one business day. Sent another email three days later . . . still no response. Called customer service after seven days. The hold message said something like, "Due to unprecedented demand for our product . . . . ", which I find difficult to believe in today's economy.
