I had purchased 6 pairs of Bausch and Lomb lens (Right eye = -2, and left = -2.75) from Cauvery Opticians, 11/12, next to dattatreya temple Malleshawaram, Bangalore - 560003 on 02-Apr-11 paying Rs.1690 as per the Doctors's prescreption.
I started using from 06-Apr-11, after that my eye was becoming dry, redness and a kind of itching. I consulted the Dr. Syeeda from Vasavi Eye Hosptial on 09-Apr-11, and she retested for 3 times there were difference redaing ie, RE = -2.2.5 and LE=-2. And recommended to go for spectales. Now the opticians is not ready to refund my amount inspite not using the remaining 5 pairs. Could you please take immediate action against this matter.
