Customer Care, I had purchased 6 pairs of Bausch and Lomb lens (Right eye = -2, and left = -2.75) from Cauvery Opticians, 11/12, next to dattatreya temple Malleshawaram, Bangalore - 560003 on 02-Apr-11 paying Rs.1690 as per the Doctors's prescreption. I started using from 06-Apr-11, after that my eye was becoming dry, redness and a kind of itching.
