I think RCL stock holders would be interested to know that I have been trying all day to upgrade my reservation from an inside cabin to a balcony but nobody in Celebrity's reservations department or corporate guest relations is interested in taking my money. I have never heard of this before, I thought Celebrity was in business to make money. In this economy how can they have policies that prohibit customers from spending more money with them? They keep telling me that their computer won't let them do it because the rate codes are incompatible. ???? I find it hard to believe that management can't over ride the system. Damage Resulting = No damage resulted, just upset that I am stuck with a inside cabin when I could have a balcony.
