I think RCL stock holders would be interested to know that I have been trying all day to upgrade my reservation from an inside cabin to a balcony but nobody in Celebrity's reservations department or corporate guest relations is interested in taking my money. I have never heard of this before, I thought Celebrity was in business to make money. In this economy how can they have policies that prohibit customers from spending more money with them?
