Product doesn't work and I was informaed it could be return for refund. It was advertised for $1.99l tube. they deducted $51.98 from my bank account and there was no return paper work in pack when it arrived. I want my money back ion my bank account

I ordered a free trial of Celebrity Sexy lips and was told that I would have an Insta Rebate for $ 50.00. I followed the instruction and sent out the Rebate form and expected to have the rebate in 5-6 week. By the way, I ordered this product on March 24, 2009. Then suddenly my credit card was charged for $ 27.00 for some fitness thing that I did not really authorize. I called the number and was told that this company was linked to the Celebrity wellness and that I agreed to participate. Obviously they shared my personal informaton with other companies without my knowing that. I immediately contacted them and told them to cancel whatever they charged and refund my money, but I was told to file the dispute with my bank instead. Today, to my shock, I saw my credit card was charged for $ 99 ( reward program)without my authorization. I already canceled it and now I'm being charged again. This is really outrageous! It's a big time rip-off. I need to go to my bank to file another dispute. They're really disgusting! People should not even try to go to their website which offer so many alluring promises. Their product is not even working. It's fake. They should be sued by BBB and banned from the website forever.
