I ordered a free trial of Celebrity Sexy lips and was told that I would have an Insta Rebate for $ 50.00. I followed the instruction and sent out the Rebate form and expected to have the rebate in 5-6 week. By the way, I ordered this product on March 24, 2009. Then suddenly my credit card was charged for $ 27.00 for some fitness thing that I did not really authorize.
