charged fee when did not order product

Ordered a free trial. Paid .99 through debit card. In two days time was charged $154.45 through my bank account. I want a refund . Confirmation # 461503. Called to cancel, but the number says to e-mail this [email protected] for a refund. So far I have not heard a thing. I was charged this on 2/1/10.

I went online to a local news webpage that advertised a free sample of a teeth whitening agent, you pay the shipping only. My bank called me with an unauthorized debit of $149.95 for a subscription to Celebrity White. I called the company immediatley and canceled this. I was then advised they could not reverse the charge, I had to email you to have this done. I will have a bank overdraft if this charge goes through because I can not afford this product!!!
