i continue to be billed every month for a product that i only signed up for a trial for. i do not want it and continue to return the product. i am still being billed for it and dont know how to stop my account from being charged. this is costing me money when i dont want the product. please. . . help me.

Does anyone have a phone number for these people? They sent me more after they took my money and after I canceled.

I ordered the "free trial" plus shipping. I did not notice the must cancel with in so many days or that you will be charged $151.00. I was charged the $151.00 after noticing it on my credit card statement. I called the company and they said I signed up for the terms and conditions. This company should be put out of business!!! I asked where is my product and they said that is just the membership fee. That does not even include any product. It should be a law that they call be for using your credit card. What a total scam.

I ordered the trial package of Celebrity White. My checking account was charged $87.47 February 23rd and I had NOT received the product as of that date. Your add states, you can cancel your order and get your money back as long as you notify your company on or before February 24, 2010. I called on February 24th when I found the $87.47 charge against my account. As I said, I had not received any product as of that date. I spoke with a lady who told me my account would be adjusted giving me my money back and apologized for my disappointment. The cancel # she gave me was 868431 and told me it would be a matter of days before I saw my account debited. That was February 24th...he I sit March 13th and STILL NO ACCOUNT ADJUSTMENT!

I'm not saying your product isn't good...I'm saying this is NOT customer service and if this is not handled I will do my best to spread the word as to my treatment...starting with the Better Business Bureau. You can have a great product and poor business practices and you WILL not succed.

Please help me with this unpleasant experience.

These people charged my account 149.95. I called to cancel and get a refund. They told me to get on this website and explain my situation and my reason for wanting a refund. All this website does is take your complaint! Don't order anything that promises a free trial, because there is no such thing as free!
