I purchased an I-pod touch in December 2010 and in July it would not power up. I called/contacted the extended warranty company. They sent me a label to send it back. We received the product back and still won't charge. I contacted the warranty company and they explained that they did not fix the product because it has been submerged. It has never been wet or spilled on unless you count sweat from running with it on you. They say the computer shows them this and they won't cover it.
