We have been trying to find our rebate since March and long behold the employee entering the information into the computer system spelt our name wrong. There is now a card being sent in the wrong name, which will make it hard for us to use it because most places check identification for the use of credit cards. When I spoke with a manager she stated there was nothing they could do and that the business could call if they have any questions. Needless to say after waiting all this time for a rebate that we are entitled to, we have to go through having the business of which we use the card call and verify their mistake. This has been a headache and I would not recommend anyone using the Cellular South Rebate center; if it means not using Cellular South then I would recommend that as well.
