We have been trying to find our rebate since March and long behold the employee entering the information into the computer system spelt our name wrong. There is now a card being sent in the wrong name, which will make it hard for us to use it because most places check identification for the use of credit cards. When I spoke with a manager she stated there was nothing they could do and that the business could call if they have any questions.
