I bought a phone from them that was supposed to be NEW. The box it came in did not have the same serial number as the phone. The phone broken less than a month after we bought it. I had purchased the Consumer Priority Service and called them to get a replacement. They told me that the service had not been paid for by Cellular blow-out...I paid them they never sent the payment to Consumer Priority Service. This is a felony as they shipped across state lines and now I have a broken phone and no coverage. I called them. They did not call me back but instructed me to go to their web site and email them...I have done this, but I am prepared to report them to the feds if they do not reimburse me for the insurance I bought and they do not send me BRAND NEW PHONE!!! DO you have a contact with the FEDS? If not i know someone in the secret service who I know can find out who I need to make a report to.
