I bought a phone from them that was supposed to be NEW. The box it came in did not have the same serial number as the phone. The phone broken less than a month after we bought it. I had purchased the Consumer Priority Service and called them to get a replacement. They told me that the service had not been paid for by Cellular blow-out...I paid them they never sent the payment to Consumer Priority Service.
