I was supposed to get a free sample and only supposed to be charged $4.95 for shipping and handling and they charged my card $44.95. I sent 3 emails with no response and then called their toll free number and was told the wait was 52 minutes..I waited and then they hung up. When I called back, they were closed until Monday. What a joke.
