In October I received a free trial offer - just pay shipping and handling, which I did. I checked my bank account and have a charge of $39.95 and I never authorized any additional services or charges from this company. I have tried calling the "customer care" number and after holding for 59 minutes and 32 seconds (after the recording said I would have a 52 minute 1 second wait because "of the popularity of their product" I accidently hung up my phone. When I called back I was informed of a 73 minute hold time. I have yet to get in touch with anyone to find out what this charge if for. I carefully reviewed their information (terms and conditions, privacy policy, etc.) and there was NOTHING about additional charges. I want this charge taken off my account and I never want to hear from these people again. They gave a 30 day or return policy and I will be happy to return the rest of the product to them. I wasn't unhappy with the product just the way they do business.
