I ordered a Free Sample on line and acknowledged a Shipping and Handling Charge of $4.95 ONLY! I was billed on my credit card for the $4.95. I was ALSO billed for $39.95 for the "free sample" ! I have now received an additional shipment (which I never authorized) and have been billed another $44.90. The tel no. to call to get an RMA number to return this shipment (888-692-8352) requres you be on 'hold' for 45 min to speak to a customer service representative. I have instructed my Credit Card Co. that I DISPUTE AND REFUSE TO PAY for something I Never Authorized or Ordered!! My only obligation is the initial $4.95 S&H. This constitutes FRAUD and this Company needs to be Investigated and all legal actions available should be initiated against them.
