I have spoken with 4 people from Consumers Energy today, regarding property at 3333 regency Lake orion MI 48359
I called on 1/13 to have services transferred into our name. They would not let me take ownership of the property earlier than 1/18, because the former owner called on 1/11 to have services transferred out of their name on 1/17. The former owner requested that someone come out and physically turn off the meter at that time. Because they requested the gas to be shut off that’s what they did. Even though I has already requested that we take ownership of the property on 1/18. I have talked to several people at Consumer Energy and they were extremely rude and UN willing to help me out with this issue. Because the heat was shut off in error. The property is now frozen!
