Our house was broken into on june 13th 2010. We came home to find our house open, pets outside and house burlgarized and turned upside down at 7:00 pm!!! We had not been notified at all, so we called our monitoring company and they said they never received a signal. So we called John, we told him the story, asked why there was no signal to company. He called us back in a hour and basically appologized and said it was set up properly and said he could refund our $60. Well we lost about $7000 worth of things and told him he needed to do better than that, we asked if he had insurance to cover the loss or to help with insurance deductable. He said he would call us back and he hasn't! I called and left him a message yesterday as well and have heard nothing. DO NOT TRUST YOUR HOUSE WITH THIS MAN.
