Our house was broken into on june 13th 2010. We came home to find our house open, pets outside and house burlgarized and turned upside down at 7:00 pm!!! We had not been notified at all, so we called our monitoring company and they said they never received a signal. So we called John, we told him the story, asked why there was no signal to company. He called us back in a hour and basically appologized and said it was set up properly and said he could refund our $60.
