I have tried to redeem Charter Points for 3 months
I have nearly 50, 000 points and Charter keeps telling me to use my points.
Each time I go online the Charter Reward website has no place to go to renew.
They say they do but it doesn't exisist.
It always takes me back to where I started.
I order online all the time and I'm not an idiot.
Either their site is not user friendly or this is a scam.
I hope it's the first.
I am getting ready to go to directtv or report this to Consumer Fraud of CT.
