Watch it dont buy from this company I ordered checks the 12th of decemeber and today is Jan 4 and i still dont have them. I got a email that said shipped dec 28 kansas city five hrs from me a week later still dont have them, i could have walked to kansas city and got them by now, DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPaNY B e W A R E I reread the email i got that said it was shipped and it says allow 2 to 3 weeks for shipping, comeone two or three weeks? 5 hours away from me get real.

I placed an order 3 1/2 weeks ago, with "standard" delivery. I mistakenly thought this was the company I used before. I received a call the day after I ordered the checks online, asking for verification of the routing number, which I provided. The representative was very nice. She said the order was being "processed" right away. So, about 10 days later, I thought I would be receiving them. No checks. I wait a few more days, no checks. I emailed and a few days later received a reply indicating it takes 7-14 "business" days to receive checks (translation 2-3 weeks). I waited a few more days and called, same kind of answer. I told them the checks should have arrived by now, and they said I should call if they don't come by the end of the week (I am out of checks by now). PART of the order finally came today, checks are out of sequence, checks are much thinner. I am out of checks, and now have to use checks that are out of sequence. I called Customer Service again (thinking I had the wrong check# on my checks). She was nice, and said I must have received the second box before the first one. The reps seemed unphased and used to these issues. I realized the company I used before was Carousel Checks, who was 1/2 the cost and so much better. BEWARE.
