Acai Berry Supplement

I have an ongoing complaint with the Attorney General's Office (1-800-551-4636) and the FBI (Internet Crimes Division (www.ic3.gov). I fell victim to this company (Cheshunt Overseas, Ltd.) because I also believed that I was only paying ($4.95) for the shipping charges for their sample bottle. They went insane and started sending me further shipments that I did not ask for and charged my credit card. I had to eventually close that credit card. Moreover, I also called the 800 number printed on the bottle which did not work. I finally came across this Complaints Board and saw how many other people were also scammed. Please, if you have been a victim, please contact one of these agencies and perhaps they can put a stop to this company that is preying on people.

Pure Acai Berry weight loss scam

Ordered Pure Acai Berry as a surprise for my wife, and she was surprised, but not how I'd hoped she'd be. When I called the toll free number: 800-278-3620, it was continuously busy. After checking my bank statement, I found another number, which I called: 866-376-4078. It was answered immediately, and since I was within the 10 days specified under the Terms and Conditions listed on the website, I was able to cancel any future transactions. I think the key is to call within the 10 days, and call the 866 number.
