Ordered Pure Acai Berry as a surprise for my wife, and she was surprised, but not how I'd hoped she'd be. When I called the toll free number: 800-278-3620, it was continuously busy. After checking my bank statement, I found another number, which I called: 866-376-4078. It was answered immediately, and since I was within the 10 days specified under the Terms and Conditions listed on the website, I was able to cancel any future transactions.
