This company offers a "trial" to try their product and charges only for shipping and handling $4.95 which shows up as x-factor with a bogus contact number. Consumer is unable to actually cancel until the "regular" shipment is charged against the account and shipped.
The second charge actually shows up as Acai Supplement, but that contact number is always busy. Finally, after a third charge against my account, and a THIRD phone number, I got through and was informed I could not return or get a refund for my other unopened and unwanted shipments.
I will NOT stand for this, somebody is going to PAY!! It's not the money, it's the principle!! I have an attorney on retainer, and will be filing suit, unless this company refunds ALL CHARGES immediately. In addition, I will be filing a report with my State's Attorney General's office, and the Federal Trade Commission. I have also contacted the fraud department at my bank, and Visa Card Services Dept. THIS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO STAND... AS IS!
