This company offers a "trial" to try their product and charges only for shipping and handling $4.95 which shows up as x-factor with a bogus contact number. Consumer is unable to actually cancel until the "regular" shipment is charged against the account and shipped. The second charge actually shows up as Acai Supplement, but that contact number is always busy.
