This person passed himself off as a general contractor for remodeling our hair salon. He didn't get permits to do the work saying that permits were not needed since there was no structural work involve and no changes to the utilities. He was supposed to bring in professional to do the plumbing, painting and other work. Instead he did the work himself. Much of the work was not completed properly but he insisted it was and refused to correct the problems without additional payment. Once the job was done and we asked the city for a zoning permit, we were told that the work that was done should have been permitted. Now we are calling in professionals to get permits and correct any issues. This has added cost and time to the remodeling project. Avoid having this person do any work for you.
