This person passed himself off as a general contractor for remodeling our hair salon. He didn't get permits to do the work saying that permits were not needed since there was no structural work involve and no changes to the utilities. He was supposed to bring in professional to do the plumbing, painting and other work. Instead he did the work himself. Much of the work was not completed properly but he insisted it was and refused to correct the problems without additional payment.
