I ordered a shipment in Febuary and they said it already shipped and I never received it, Several other people have said the exact same thing it sounds like a pattern with this compny. I called and spoke to supervisor Lisa who would not give her last name and she told me she felt it was fair that I paid for nothing I suspect they wont be in buisness long . I have used bare minerals and their customer service is outstanding . I am going to dispute the charges and get my refund . But really Lisa is that what you are paid for, the worse customer service ever . I dont blame you for not giving your last name I would be ashame to be you too. It is very sad because based on other postings your product is not so bad . Pity your service reps are the worse /
