I ordered a shipment in Febuary and they said it already shipped and I never received it, Several other people have said the exact same thing it sounds like a pattern with this compny. I called and spoke to supervisor Lisa who would not give her last name and she told me she felt it was fair that I paid for nothing I suspect they wont be in buisness long . I have used bare minerals and their customer service is outstanding . I am going to dispute the charges and get my refund .
