Scam charges
WOW!!! I have NEVER accessed my credit online, but evidently this company allowed someone else to and charged my account 39.95. The operator told me she wouldn't refund and to write a letter disputing- INSIST on speaking to a supervisor and get their corporate number. He said he credited my account and told me to cancel my bank account that paid the fee. NICE. This is a scary scary scam. I think they just charge as many accounts as they can and hope for as many people as possible not to notice. Makes me want to cash out every account i have and bury my money in the backyard. America the beautiful-yeah, right.

Unauthorized Charde
My bank account has been charged $14.95 for a credit report by this CIC CE company. I do not know them and have not authorized any charges.
What do I do to stop this?

I am asking that the credit monitoring system you are billing me for be cancelled immediately.
I never intended for this service to go in effect.

Unauthorized payment
I was charged $14.95 on my credit card and I have never had a credit check with this company. Any suggestions please advise.

unauthorized billing to credit card
The company is still billing me for credit reports after I called them to discontinue this charge. When I called I was informed that there were no such charges to my account. Obviously that was a barefaced lie.
