WOW!!! I have NEVER accessed my credit online, but evidently this company allowed someone else to and charged my account 39.95. The operator told me she wouldn't refund and to write a letter disputing- INSIST on speaking to a supervisor and get their corporate number. He said he credited my account and told me to cancel my bank account that paid the fee. NICE. This is a scary scary scam. I think they just charge as many accounts as they can and hope for as many people as possible not to notice. Makes me want to cash out every account i have and bury my money in the backyard.
