I ordered a circut expressions mechine for a birthday present. The initial shipping and handling bill came but the product did not. This order was placed in April 2009. now, in August 28th, 2009 I am given a draft in my bank account, causing me to be over-drawn. I had called the compamy back on May 7th, 2009 to tell them I had not recieved the item and the birthday had passed. When I called them today about the sudden charge to my account, they said they were sometimes slow to bill I find that a bit insane to be that inadaquate. Originally I just took the almost $60.00 shipping and handling charge to avoid the hassle, that was in april2009. Now they would like me to trust them to send out another mechine, even though the birthday was over on the 6th of May. They refuse to refund the money. I do not need their very late product, nor their charges.They are very pushy and have very poor service in billing, sh.ipping and customer relations. This is by far the worst business practices I have delt with. I am disabled and the sudden jolt to my account is putting a financial hardship on me. Why did they wait almost 4 months to zap my account. How do people deal with a business like them. Hepl I need answers as to how they are allowed to do these kinds of things and still remain in business?
