I ordered a circut expressions mechine for a birthday present. The initial shipping and handling bill came but the product did not. This order was placed in April 2009. now, in August 28th, 2009 I am given a draft in my bank account, causing me to be over-drawn. I had called the compamy back on May 7th, 2009 to tell them I had not recieved the item and the birthday had passed.
