I purchased a one time unlimited people search, which was supposed to be a discount for $19.95 plus for $9.95 I was (supposed) to have unlimited searches plus access to everything they offered such as background reports, reverse phone(ect) Once I logged onto the site I never even recieved my startup purchase nor was I able to search for anything else. There was (A unhandled 3rd party popup each time I tried to perform another search.(ALSO) they kept asking me for more money, they also said that each time I used a direct search or clicked the refresh button(that it deducted from my funds)(but how?) when I was supposed to have unlimited searches? On the page there is NO CONTACT!!! they only gave me a contact at the time of purchase. I searched the web for support@cisnationwide and could find NOTHING!!!
