I purchased a one time unlimited people search, which was supposed to be a discount for $19.95 plus for $9.95 I was (supposed) to have unlimited searches plus access to everything they offered such as background reports, reverse phone(ect) Once I logged onto the site I never even recieved my startup purchase nor was I able to search for anything else.
