Please Help!!
Please help me locate anyone associated with this company "Citadel Equipment Financing". It seems that they can "get you" even when you don't do business with them. I never done business with this company and it looks to me that they have been closed for a while (2011 is the last date on any info I can find on them). It is now November 2013 and they have ran my credit (unauthorized) 6 times!!! I repeat 6! I have now way of stopping it unless I contact them.
Now the hard part: contacting them! No recent info since 2011, disconnected phone numbers, unknown web site, returned mail! Now what?

scam
I sorry for my spelling so I did this over.This is to tell the world about Citadel Equipment fiance, and Darin Charan, SR, finance consultant.
I applied for a loan and I was approved then he asked for down payment. I sent $1, 173.00 and then I was told that there was problem with the loan.
At that point I asked for my money back and he told me he would sent me the paper work so he could refund me my money back. I never saw the paper work, so at that point I call and call, no answer and found out that the number that was given to me was to another company, which also had received many call from people looking for there money as well, so I email him and no replied. I went on Internet at that point and saw the bad things about the company sent the reports to him and he emaill me back saying "do not believe everything you read", but no paper work was ever sent.I have call many times with no response from Darin. SO WATCH OUT FOR DARIN CHARAN HE LOVES TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!!!

SCAM
While attempting to purchase a semi tractor truck, we were contacted by Citadel Equipment Finance. The person who contacted us stated that we had to fill out the application online and it would be processed quickly. Through email correspondence with Darin Charan, we were told that we were approved for $30, 000. He also sent a list of the proposed payment schedule along with the steps for what to do when we found equipment. We were told that we had to pay the first and last payments along with a $495 processing fee. We located a truck and faxed the information to Darin Charan. He stated that he'd get back with us shortly. That was over a week ago. He has not answered calls, emails, or voice mail messages. We also tried calling the main number for Citadel Equipment Finance and there was no answer. Hmmm... makes one wonder how a business does not return emails or phone calls, and does not answer their phone. Upon further investigation with search engines, We have found numerous complaints, reviews, and a failing grade on a trusted Better Business site. We have also found out the DARIN CHARAN is also NARIN CHARAN. Seems awfully close doesn't it? Narin Charan is stated to be the CEO of Citadel Equipment Finance. Please be aware of this company and Nationwide Business Credit LLC. We found that Darin/Narin and Citadel Equipment Finance and National Business Credit LLC overlap too much. It seems as though they are both run by the same people/person.
