I bought a laptop computer from Circuit City and purchased a 4 year warranty coverage for it at the same time. When they went out of business I found out that company by the name of City Assurance was responsible for the warranty coverage. I have tried their 800 number for service and support, but after sorting through their short automated phone choices I am told a message that support person will help me as soon as one is available. I wait for about 20 minutes then phone clicks a few times and then I hear nothing and no one answers the phone. I tried this quite a few times and the samething happens every time. There seems to be no other phone number to contact them. I am having trouble with the laptop and couod use their help. Does anyone know how to get in touch with them?
