I bought a laptop computer from Circuit City and purchased a 4 year warranty coverage for it at the same time. When they went out of business I found out that company by the name of City Assurance was responsible for the warranty coverage. I have tried their 800 number for service and support, but after sorting through their short automated phone choices I am told a message that support person will help me as soon as one is available.
