have been dealing with the “worst ““customer experience” I have ever
encountered. I originally was excited that this huge bank would be willing to help me. I have never spoken
to the same person more then once, except to one lady who lied about many things to cover her mistakes.
One form you requested; I mailed, faxed, Fed-Ex'ed, emailed, with a total of around 10 times. I get
frustrated every time I speak to Citimortage because I get routed in circles.
Today, four phone calls, I was hung up on one, told wrong department, supervisor laughing in back
ground, told to apply again? Finally -- to be told they finally received the papers, but sorry, the case closed.
I was told that I spoke to Miss. Mitchell today, and she told me that it was closed. I never spoke to her, this
was a lie.

This Default Says:
• I refused the advise of a follow-up with HUD. I called and asked them what can I do to get in my house? I asked
them if they could help me with the situation. They did not care about what happened, only my payment is late.
• No contact made with the borrower due to many attempts on our your part. They said I had phone numbers
listed: don't call!, They sent mail to old address and overtime I tried to answer the call, they hang up. It would only ring one time with
no message.
• CitiMorgage states I surrendered the secured property by keys. I never received my keys, I had to seek a lawyer
to get back in my home.
• The agent said she has evidence that I have contact with someone who advise me to extend process
and avoid my obligations. I have made payments to show this not true.
• I filed bankruptcy, but no order yet? What? When and where?
• My loan not a residential loan secured by my residence. Yes it was and is.
I have written request, and made verbal request for help. I aked for assistance on Forbearance, Deferment,
or Motification Loan so I could try to keep my home. I can make the monthly payments. I have made the
payments in the past. The missed payments were because of circumstances I had no control over. I can't
do nothing about the tragedy, but state the truth and facts., But, I can do something about my house.
