Home inspection reports often list pool items that need attention before a sale can close, and ClaritySpan Works helps Santa Monica buyers and sellers sort through them. Typical flags include a stained or etched finish, chipped waterline tile, a pump that leaks at the seal and deck cracks that create a trip hazard. We review the report, inspect the pool ourselves and give a straightforward list of what we can repair. Pool resurfacing, pool tile repair and replacement, pool deck repair and pool equipment installation are the jobs that come up most in these situations. Properties near the Third Street Promenade with smaller lots and tight access are no problem for our crews. We work Monday through Saturday and keep sellers and agents updated as each item is finished.
