I hate to be that person who says I never complain but seriously- I never complain!! I ordered Clear VOIP for my business over six weeks ago and they continually mess up my account (they made it a residential account even though I have four business locations) and accordingly send out the wrong equipment. This was to be my long distance service so I haven't been able to call customers for weeks as they continually tell me they'll fix the issue and never do. Now, I am going to switch to another service since they still won't fix the issue on their side and they are charging me an early termination fee even though the service never even started! I have been hung up on and told I would get a call back- all after I try to remain as calm as possible though they all seem to be pretty incompetent. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS COMPANY! They are completely unprofessional and unable to provide their own service!
