I hate to be that person who says I never complain but seriously- I never complain!! I ordered Clear VOIP for my business over six weeks ago and they continually mess up my account (they made it a residential account even though I have four business locations) and accordingly send out the wrong equipment. This was to be my long distance service so I haven't been able to call customers for weeks as they continually tell me they'll fix the issue and never do.
