I bought a fire card and it didnt work, i contacted cleverbase and they replaced it, that was all well and fine but the 2nd card didnt work either and kept displaying an error! I eventually got through to Cleverbase and explained the problem to an employee there... I have never had such a rude, arrogant person on the phone to me, he wouldnt listen to me, kept talking over me, then started to shout at me down the phone. I requested a refund, as I am entitled when its 7 days or less since i recieved the product, and he wasn't happy. Then! a week later they had the cheek to send the faulty card back to me without any letter of explanation, i was so angry, what gives them the right to keep my money, not give a refund, when its obvious they are selling rubbish to us. I have since contacted Consumer Direct. I WOULD ADVISE NO BODY TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY!!!
