I bought a fire card and it didnt work, i contacted cleverbase and they replaced it, that was all well and fine but the 2nd card didnt work either and kept displaying an error! I eventually got through to Cleverbase and explained the problem to an employee there... I have never had such a rude, arrogant person on the phone to me, he wouldnt listen to me, kept talking over me, then started to shout at me down the phone.
