While checking my account statement online I saw an unauthrized charged in the amount $23.96. I called the bank to obtain information on where they charges came from and also to get a 1-800 number to contact the company.

I explained to the rep that i didn't authorize their company to withdraw funds from my account and asked her how I could go about getting the funds returned to my account. She basically told me that because I failed to cancel the subscription within 10 days that's my problem. If I wasn't aware of the charges or subscription, how do you cancel anything. Then she goes on to say, there was an email sent to your email address, that you didn't confirm.

I will not except that my funds can't be returned, when they were not authrized to come out from the start. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that there wasn't one available to speak with. I told the rep that before you just go taking funds out of an account, call and verify that the party is aware.

My cancellation number is 14341154. I hope that we are able to resolve this matter in a timely manner with no more issues. The funds were not authorized to be taken. I have no idea what this company is about, what they offer and where they are even located.
