While checking my account statement online I saw an unauthrized charged in the amount $23.96. I called the bank to obtain information on where they charges came from and also to get a 1-800 number to contact the company. I explained to the rep that i didn't authorize their company to withdraw funds from my account and asked her how I could go about getting the funds returned to my account.
