I ordered a pair of Ugg Boots on Dec 1, 2010 and was immediately charged 115.00. I did not receive a receipt once the order was placed. On December 3 I tried to contact the company and the only contact information was by e-mail. An automatic response was sent that all orders placed were being shipped and be patient your order may be received prior to receiving a tracking number. After three more days I received a USPS tracking number which is non existant according to the USPS. The tracking number does not update, it shows Foreign acceptance and 9 days later the order has not been received and probably will never arrive. It appears this is a fraudulant company that is only interested in your credit card information and not Customer Service. The order was placed with a company called Fabulous Footwear, all emails were addressed from CLOSEOUT55.COM OBVIOUSLY THIS IS A BOGUS COMPANY...DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CLOSEOUT.COM OR ANY SIMILAR NAME. I am working with my Credit Card Company and any other agency I can find to avoid anyone else being ripped off.
