I ordered a pair of Ugg Boots on Dec 1, 2010 and was immediately charged 115.00. I did not receive a receipt once the order was placed. On December 3 I tried to contact the company and the only contact information was by e-mail. An automatic response was sent that all orders placed were being shipped and be patient your order may be received prior to receiving a tracking number.
