Cloud nine systems cleaned my carpet with the wrong products. Concequently the carpet in my media room was damaged beyond repair. Cloud nine system made several visits which only made the intial situation worst. Cloud nine admitted on several occation that the problem was their fault and agreed to replace the carpet. This was over eight months ago. I have been more than reasonable with over ten further visit to assess the damage with all visit producing the same results the carpet needs replacement. I have agree with Cloud nine that they do not need to replace the entire carpet just the media room, matching the carpet under the door. I am not happy with this situation but wanted to see resolution.
I have found cloud nine unprofessional and offensive. I expect the carpet to be replaced.
I would not recommend then to anyone and had no other course of action that to submit this complaint.
